Just what I needed!
I have had the Total Gym 1100 now for about 5 years now. I’ve used it in the past to rehab when I had injuries such as knee contusions, shoulder bursitis.

Bought my first Total Gym (1000) in Sept 1997. Have replaced numerous parts. Through normal wear. They are good as an alternate for bike riding as they build core muscles.
