You’re going to need a spotter when training extremely heavy with dumbells. It’s not that he can’t handle the weight, but how much energy you expend just trying to get the weight into position.

@aam14rs lol, i use to do 110 lbs on shoulder press when i was 17 and i was smaller than this guy. Jay cutler warms up with 110 lbs , he lifts way less than Cutler

dont get why the spotter is helping him lift EVERY rep, he should only help him when he is going to fail a rep, otherwise he aint lifting it! but then again, his body looks great and hes a bodybuilder not a powerlifter.

@achmedfu hahaha I really did 110 lbs dumbell on shoulder presses. I have myostatin def. I dont care if people believe me or not I know what I did and what I can do.
