Cathe Friedrich’s Low Impact Circuit
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN: – Cardio #1 / – Blast#1 / – wts#1 – compound legs and shoulders – all shoulders (lateral raises, overhead raises, external rotator conditioner) – Cardio #2 / – Blast #2 / – wts #2 – compound leg and bicep, – all biceps (barbell curl with band, barbell curl – no band), – all triceps (straddle pushups, lying extensions, kickbacks) – Cardio #3 / – Blast #3 / – wts #3 – balancing squats, chest (positive pushups, negative pushups, chest flys), back (lat pull down, scapular retractions, double arm standing row), – Abs/Core – Stretch -Bonus Cardio: A 4th cardio section is being filmed that will be used in the premixes for this workout.

Great low impact total body workout!
Although this is low impact, I would still consider this a high itermediate DVD or even advanced. It is nice to have a change from all the jumping routines.

One of these best circuit DVDs i’ve tried
I tried this DVD because I wanted to have a low impact workout to do on days that I don’t run. Cathe [...] the first time, but she actually made it fun!

One of Cathe’s Best!
I love this workout. Not only is it very challenging, the music and choreography are great.
I do not think this is a good choice for the intermediate exerciser…
Love Cathe and love this workout! Lots of premixes which she is AWESOME with and all about. If you like this one you’ll love some of her others like Body Max 2 (LOVE LOVE LOVE IT)! I could go on and on…..
