this is very true. it’s funny how many people train abs the wrong way

Also, your abs are a different kind of muscles than the ones in your upper body. I am not saying don’t use weights, but do 10-15 reps of each exercise * 3 * 5-10 different exercises on your abs.

but if u use weights your waist line will grow u wont have an arnold waist line!

Reason one is wrong. You need to do the complete opposite! More reps, less weight. And in reason two he says no more than 20 mins of cardio. 20 mins is the least amount of time you can spend to build any muscle.
people, stop arguing. I think he was just being sarcastic about the T Rex thing.
The best training program you can do is the one your not doing now. Your body adapts to whatever program you are doing, so this is a good basic program but it will have a limited period of effectiveness. If you have, maybe 3 different effective programs then you can cycle them and gain the benefits of avoiding body adaptation and make you routine more interesting for yourself.

I wanted to tell you, I’ve taken the advise of this video and after 3 months of bulking and 3 more months of trimming, I’ve gotten my abs showing. (And I used to be a pot-belly.)
That’s freakin’ AWESOME man! You’re doing it the right way…pack on the MASS first and then trim down SLOOOOOOOOWLY. You’ll save more muscle that way.

How do I go about trimming slowly? I lost way to much muscle mass when I trimmed even though I was taking Glutamine to help prevent it.
rotate routines lets say youll do crunches the next week work on your biceps then move on to something else because your bodys going to get used to the crunches the first time then youll do your biceps your bodys not ready for it, its ready to do crunches with ease.

Good he goes on and on and says the most simple text ever. ‘Cavemen/women’ No it’s called DNA, the way we are born as humans…..To get abs you need to lose weight off your belly and do sit-ups etc. Less then 5 secs to explain it, unlike this dude!
people never co-existed with dinosaurs. also, the we pack on fat in the mid-section to protect our vital organs. has nothing to do with a need to be properly weighted whilst fighting predators.
