Good workout, easy to follow.
I enjoyed her workouts years ago and found they were simple moves but very effective. I am glad this is now on dvd.

Classic and Gilad’s sister
Ada is Gilad’s sister…I didn’t know that. Nice pacing and very good cueing…very happy with this tape.
