u would never win even if i did train like he did. his body was naturally perfect for this, like many of these guys. for one, i’ve broken a clavicle therefore my symmetry is immediately off

der8002 of course he took steroids. but compared to how many body builders take nowadays its like he didnt take them. but u gt to be impressed with this guy. its not easy what he has acomplished with his psyhique.
The best bodybuilder of all time. Now he wasn’t the biggest but he had the best proportions and coolest attitude.
Beautiful body for a body builder but I say that bruce lee had the best body.
hope he gets that body back.

@likemehard1404, Rope pulldowns isolate the serratus muscles, These are the muscles located between the upper abs and lower chest on the sides. They kind of look like fingers when well developed.
