ya u want to keep your body as still as possible but it’s ok if u need to move your body a little bit as not to put too much strain on your shoulders if u haven’t seriously worked them out

superset, do all 5 movements in a row without stopping , it really gets all the muscle fibres rest then repeat 3-4 times
u can try to sit on a chair to reduce ur body movement

@slayerguitar yeah all of the slow twitch muscle fibers, you gotta do heavy weights too even if you don’t feel the burn doing 4-6 reps in the end you’ll notice way better gains overall cause different rep ranges work different parts of your muscle

did my reps A LOT slower and more controlled though

Swinging the weights isn’t good for you. You need to use a proper weight in controlled movements. Thanks for spreading a bunch of wrong info that could cause someone injury. tool.

If you post a video like this, don’t do too much weight, just do it right so young people don’t go hurting themselves doing what you just did in this video. The exercises are good, but you have to do them properly.

Really bad form. He’s using momentum to raise the weight. I hate to criticize someone who’s trying to post something to help people, but this is just not an effective way to increase delt size. To be honest… this guy doesn’t have delts to begin with. All of these lifts work, but you need FORM and going through some sort of 5 motion superset with bad form just isn’t going to do very much.
wait, so you do those nonstop like that? and that is a (set) in inself, so lets say id do ALL OF THAT for 3 sets or so?? someone help me out here im all ears.
